Refund policy

Digital downloads (including PDF reports, files, or any instantly delivered content) are non-refundable once they have been delivered, accessed, or downloaded, where permitted by law.

For custom astrology readings and made-to-order services, work is considered to begin as soon as your order is confirmed and/or you submit the required details (such as birth data and questions); if you request cancellation after work has started, you may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion based on the progress already completed, and no refund will be issued once the reading has been fully delivered.
